What is EPP packaging?

DE-PACK designs EPP Packaging Solutions, tailored to your packaging requirements. Extremely sensitive products and their equally sensitive surfaces are protected by a modern foam material called EPP. This is expanded polypropylene, which forms a closed-cell structure that provides very good protection against moisture.

Are EPP particles reusable?

The EPP particles - which are preferably used to produce reusable transport packaging, load carriers and packaging for sensitive products - are durable, yet just as light. At the same time, the production of EPP packaging is relatively inexpensive compared to what it is capable of achieving - not only as a long-lasting reusable solution.

Is EPP recyclable?

At the same time it is 100% recyclable at end of the cycle. EPP returnable packaging is shockproof, ergonomic and fit for storing. Thanks to the specially designed interior, the containers allow safe storage of fragile parts with high value and often very complex geometry.

Why is Epp a good insulation material?

Even at high temperatures, EPP remains resistant. The plastic foam conducts heat only to a very small extent, so that packaging can be developed that provides excellent thermal insulation for different products. Many shapes are possible: EPP can be developed and processed into individual packaging solutions almost without limitation.
